  • Kindly ensure that you have deducted 1% from the booking amount as TDS before handing it over to the Sales Representative. (Kindly ensure to deduct 1% TDS, whenever a payment is made towards the immovable property valued Rs. 50 Lakhs & above, and remit the balance. Also arrange to send duly signed form 16B (hard copy) 
  • Kindly contact your respective Sales/CRM for TDS Presentation.

Apart from technical particulars related to prescribed extent and the conveniences, one should validate the construction plan permitted by Municipal Corporation or equivalent proficient authority, commencement certificate, ownership/title documents etc. 

Moreover, if the property is resale property then validation of additional papers such as Share certificate, rent receipts, Maintenance receipts, Occupancy certificate etc. becomes essential. However this is a specialized work and assistance from a knowledgeable advocate will be more beneficial.

A free hold property (no matter if it is a plot or an apartment) is a property where ownership is full and unconditional and there is no lessor/lessee involved.

The allotment will be confirmed on payment of 10% of the sale value and submission of post-dated cheques for the rest of the amount.

If any individual cancels his/her booking of property in The Prestige City, 2% of the sale value will be foregone before Agreements and 10% of the sale value will be foregone after agreements in the form of cancellation fee. The balance will be returned with no interest amount included in it. Cancellation will attract GST as applicable.

Price - The Prestige City, Sarjapur Road

The price of apartments is estimated after reviewing all the expenses incurred on manpower and materially used during construction based on the present-day market rate. The price of all units is yet to be announced. ft. Possession is latest expected by 2023. Prestige City offers easy payment plans to its buyers in easy installments.
While booking, the buyer has to pay 50 thousand, and 10% of the complete amount has to be deposited within 10 days of booking. Some charges like registration fees, stamp duty, and other miscellaneous charges (if applicable) are not included in this estimated price. So, these chargeable amounts shall be deposited at the time of offer of the possession. Category of miscellaneous charges includes power backup charge, meter installation charge, gas connection charge, etc. Any extra covered area like a terrace or parking area will be charged based on per sq. meter. and has to be deposited at the time of possession.
