Apart from technical particulars related to prescribed extent and the conveniences, one should validate the construction plan permitted by Municipal Corporation or equivalent proficient authority, commencement certificate, ownership/title documents etc.

If any individual cancels his/her booking of property in The Prestige City, 2% of the sale value will be foregone before Agreements and 10% of the sale value will be foregone after agreements in the form of cancellation fee.
